Just a couple hours til we are off for dinner and the airport to catch our red-eye flight to San Jose, Costa Rica!
We are only spending 2 nights in San Jose (we heard it's not too spectacular) and then we are catching a puddle jumper to Quepos. It's a quick drive over to Manuel Antonio, which is supposed to be one of the best beaches in the country and their slogan is that "there are still more monkeys than people." We decided to pass on seeing Monteverde and the Cloud Forest since it is such a short trip and we just want to reeeelaaaaaax. I'm looking forward to a quiet yoga practice every morning in the sweltering heat and humidity followed by surfing lessons, some jungle stuff, and practicing my Spanish.
Preparing for this trip has me thinking even MORE about Peru.
Ok, I'm going to Costa Rica now.
